The best hotel in Ciutadella. It was in the centre. Very well located. Easy to park and with bars and shops next door. Susana was charming and attentive. And the room (air) was wonderful, and the best shower I have ever had. Hotel 200% recommendable... We will be back.

Everything! The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom and shower were great. The service was perfect! I don't remember the name of the woman who attended us...she was Andalusian...very nice. The location couldn't be better. And the detail of the coffee machine in the room with capsules was great.
